    Dear Rohit,

Good day and thank you for posting this in the forum.

Per your description, you would like your client only share link and no need to provide email ID or OTP-based login.

To achieve this, I would suggest creating a shareable link by:

    1. Right-click on the file or folder you want to share in OneDrive.
    2. Select "Share".
    3. Click on "Anyone with the link can edit" (or "Anyone with the link can view" if you don't want them to edit).
    4. Before clicking "Copy link" to generate a shareable link. Please adjust permissions such as setting an expiration date for link or disabling editing.
    5. After the link is generated, you can share the link via email, chat and other method that doesn’t require your client to provide the email address.

I appreciate your cooperation, understanding and valuable time.
