Hello,

I cannot access my microsoft subscription on my laptop as I no longer have access to the email it was linked to. It was previously linked to my university email which i no longer have access too as I have quit university. I would like to swap it over to another email so that I can access my subscription and resume use of my microsoft apps.

Cheers

    Dear Koray,

Good day and thanks for posting your issue in our forum.

From the description that you provided to us in the thread, you no longer have access to the university email that was connected to your Microsoft subscription but want to swap the university email to another email address which will have the Microsoft subscription on it.

    Is my understanding correct?

As I know, the Microsoft subscription is linked with your university email address which I believe you got it through your university Microsoft 365 admin. But as you quit the university, I believe the admin has disconnected your Microsoft 365 Apps privileges from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

If you would like to access the Microsoft 365 Apps in your laptop then I would suggest you purchase a NEW Microsoft 365 subscription which have the feature of desktop apps download.

There are the subscriptions of Microsoft 365 Business as below:

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,
