Error message "microsoft error 0xc000012f"

Every time I go to use Microsoft office I get a long message with this code "Microsoft error 0xc000012f". I have tried all the suggestions on the Microsoft page regarding this code and nothing has worked. PLEASE HELP!

    Your error message is usually a problem with a specific file, possibly a .dll file. Is your error message like this:

    C:\windows\system32\msvcp140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.
Error status 0xc000012f

    If so, please try the solution in the following article:Error 0xc000012f when opening Office documents or starting Office - Microsoft Support

    If your error does point to a .dll file problem, a new error may appear after fixing point 4 in the article.

    If this is the case, it may be caused by a problem with your Windows system image itself. If you have tried all the methods, you may want to try downloading the system image file from Microsoft's official website and reinstalling the system.
