Word office program is not working

Urgent! Why I can not write or save my Word Office documents? Is my account closed or terminated? I urgently need to access to my documents. What has happened? What should I do?

    Please try the following options:

    1. Close all office applications (make sure that office applications in the background are also closed).
    2. Update your MAC system to the latest. Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support Disclaimer: Microsoft does not provide any warranties and/or guarantees, implied or otherwise, and is not responsible for the information you obtain from third-party linked websites or for any technology-related support.
    3. Follow the steps in Connections to clear the office key. How to remove Office license files on a Mac - Microsoft Support
    4. Re-open the office app to see if you can activate it successfully.

    Hi, Aiden,

    My subscription is still valid (next date to renew it is 13.2.2025), and I can see that from my account. But still 356 says that there is no subscription when I tried to activate the account. I access to my files in Onedrive. I don't use Excel nor Powerpoint, so I don´t know anything about them.

    Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them to the community.

    Is there any error message? If it is convenient, can you share with me the specific screenshot?

    Then can your other programs such as Excel or PowerPoint be saved?

    Then where do you access your files? In Finder or OneDrive?

    Regarding whether your account has been closed or terminated, you can log in to your Microsoft account to check whether your account is normal? Then you can open Services and Subscriptions to check whether your subscription has expired (if you are a 365 user)?
