I am currently visiting my daughter in the USA and I cannot renew my expired account because I live in Europe. I keep getting error codes trying to pay with various payment options.
Microsoft, this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am a paying customer, I need to access my personal files to work and you are not allowing me to renew my subscription simply because I am travelling abroad?? How is this okay for a GLOBAL company like yourself? To not allow your customers to pay for your services while they are traveling too?
I am absolutely appalled and shocked by this insane way you treat your customer. Your service rep actually told me that I should "use a trusted relative to access my account so I can renew". Really??? You are asking me to BREACH the security for my personal data simply because you do not allow me to simply renew my subscription? How is it okay to ask this of me???
Please DO BETTER! Realize people travel and go abroad and NEED TO ACCESS THEIR FILES AND DATA
