Hi Microsoft team,
We have a requirement to display number different from the system separator without updating by unchecking "Use System Separator" and show a space for Thousands separator and comma for decimal separator.
If I have a number in Millions and If It try to use the format as #,###.0 for the number -> 1713316587.656
I am getting it as below
If you see in cell B5, I am able to get the proper format with #,##0.0
But instead of comma, if I use # ##0.0, I am able to see the space got added to last 3 digits.. but on other two places.
1. Could you please let us know how to achieve it?
Also, instead of a dot for decimal separator, If I try to use a comma, even that's not working. See the below example.
**2. Could you please let us know how to use different delimiters for decimal separator without updating in system separators?**Please let me know if you need any other info from me.
Thanks in advance.
Thilak Babu

Thanks for the confirmation Hans.
As far as I know, it it NOT possible to use a different decimal separator without clearing the check box 'Use system separators'.
Hi @Hans,
Thank you for your reply,
With the custom format shared by you([>=1000000000]0 000 000 000.0;[>=1000000]0 000 000.0;# ##0.0) , able to set space as Thousands separator.
But unable to set comma as decimal separator with the same custom format.
**Could you please let me know how to achieve comma as the decimal separator ?**Thanks,
Thilak Babu
That is not really possible. I think the best you can do is apply the custom number format
[>=1000000000]0 000 000 000.0;[>=1000000]0 000 000.0;# ##0.0
