How to: Dynamic Checkboxes

Hello! I have a dynamic list in which the Product column (B7:B12) updates if there are blanks in the review description column (C7:C12). As displayed in the screenshot below, I have extra checkboxes as when I change my dropdown in C3 from "Poor" to "Good", the list is minimized by 2, but the checkboxes remain. Is there a way to make these dynamic to correlate with how many Products and Review Descriptions I have on the left?

Furthermore, I would like this to correlate with my "Complete Tasks" and "Percent Complete" in D14:D15

    Hi ExcelNewbie101,
Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

Using a single formula might not achieve more complex dynamic linking functionality.

Therefore, if it's convenient for you, please share your workbook file with us via private message so we can write formulas and troubleshoot errors more effectively.

I look forward to your reply!

    Hi ExcelNewbie

Did you ever get a proper answer on this? I would now like to get that answer as well.

    Thanks.
