I use macOS Sonoma and Office 365. OneNote cannot access OneDrive, so the existing notebooks cannot be opened and new notebooks cannot be created on OneDrive. The web version of OneView works perfectly.
I have already tried the following:
Uninstalled and reinstalled OneNote
Signed out of OneDrive Microsoft account and signed in again
Set up the same Microsoft account on a Windows client and OneNote works there.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

We received the information you shared with us. We saw that you said that you could not create a new notebook in OneDrive, but your OneNote can work normally when you log in to the same account in Windows.
