    Hello. Kathryn Cavness

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I understand that there has been an unauthorized transaction on your account and it appears that you need a refund and to update your payment method, etc.

I understand your needs. However, issues related to subscriptions, accounts, and other such matters involve user privacy issues that are not publicly available in the Microsoft Community, and we are not able to process refunds or modifications to your account. I will therefore direct you to Microsoft Support, which specializes in this issue, in a separate window, where more specialized technical information will be available to assist you with your question.

If you are not able to get enough help through Microsoft's regular self-help methods (e.g. in terms of account access), you can try switching networks or creating a new Microsoft account to access the online chat service and provide your subscription account-related information and proof of identity, e.g. order number information/bank card number information/address details within the account etc.

Please contact Microsoft Support by following the steps below:

    1. Visit this website: **** Contact - Microsoft Support.
    2. Enter your question in the search box. For example, Refund.
    3. Now, click on “Get Help” and select “Contact Support” below.

    1. Go to the “Products and Services” tab and select either the “Microsoft 365 and Office” category or “Other Products”.
    2. On the Categories tab, select Manage My Subscription or another alternative.
    3. Go to Confirmation.

    1. You can now select the option to chat with a support agent on your web browser.

Please note: The Chat support team is only available at certain times, so if the last window shows that you are unavailable, please try opening it again the next day.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. We hope that your issue has been successfully resolved. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Best regards
