On a couple of occasions, I utilized MS Visio, later I received the following invoices: #G04295654 and #G051395808 therefore being billed for $32.00 a total for both uses of the software. I tried to pay this bill but the MS portals that I tried could not accept payments for same. Therefore, I am requesting the information I need to make this payment.
