Hello.
I use Outlook live on Mac without any problems and have access to my Microsoft account and profile.
But somehow the applications that I've been using for many years - Excel and Word - now require "activation".
I put in my account details as requested, but it leads to a blank "page" and the process is not completed.
I've tried with & without VPN, but to no avail.
I'd be grateful for advice on how to resolve this problem.
