Cannot get conditional formatting on tick boxes to work on selected calendars

If anyone can assist. I am only OK with Excel. I got the 2025 calendar to work when you select from the tick box with all the conditional formatting but not the 2024 one. Only January works.

Any help appreciated. I know the numbers are not appearing next to the relevant lines on the 24 one like they do in 25 on the rest of the months.

Thanks

For most months, the cell for the 1st does not contain the date after the last of the previous month, but the number 1. Some other cells have been messed with too.
