A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi,Rebecca Christie
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
I do understand how it feels to lose your OneDrive files and I do hope that you can get your files back.
You mentioned that you have tried to restore OneDrive but it didn't work, did you delete your files from OneDrive's Recycle Bin as well? As well, you can check the Recycle Bin in your computer for any lost files.
If you deleted your files in both Recycle Bins, it may be difficult to retrieve your files.
Nonetheless, if your OneDrive was once synchronized with your local computer, then your files will be saved in your computer's hard drive for a while, and despite the deletion, the data will be saved in a hidden partition (which is gradually cleaned up as time goes by), so it's a minute-by-minute process in the event of data retrieval, and following that, I would recommend you to contact a data recovery company as soon as possible to help you recover them.
Alternatively, contact the OneDrive support team to see if your files are still stored on the server: **** Send an email to the OneDrive support team
I really hope that your files can be recovered and wish you all the best.
Best Regards,
