I cannot access SharePoint, but I am able to get into Outlook.

    As per the description shared, I understand you are not able to access the SharePoint Online service but able to access the Outlook.

    If my understanding is correct, I would like to request you to share the following information which will help us to better understand and guide your further:

    1. Screenshot of the error message encountered when you access the SharePoint Online.
    2. Screenshot of your Office 365 Subscription page: Access the following link https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=MeControl#subscriptions > Subscriptions> Take a complete screenshot and share it with us.
    3. Do you encounter the problem when accessing the SharePoint Online Home page or specific SharePoint Online site?
    4. Do you encounter the same problem when you access via InPrivate or Incognito window?
    5. Do other users having access to the SharePoint Service are having the same issue in your Team or Organization?
