Setting Availability in Bookings

How do I set up availability for a service that is offered at the same time on the same day of the week but a different staff person is available for different dates?

For example: we offer a meeting every Monday at 1pm. Date is available Monday November 18 & 21 and Julie is available Monday 25.

Is it possible to assign to a specific dates?

I believe its based on the days of the week.

So for example you can set John as available every Mon and Wed at 1pm.

And you can select Lisa as bookable every Tuesday at 1pm.

Not use if that answers your question.
