I use Comments and autocorrection to insert comments regarding grammar and style. It seems to be breaking down, adding the wrong autocorrect entry, or not working at all. What can I do to fix this? I would like to be able to save a file with the correct comments and return it to students.

Since AutoCorrect is language-specific, verify that the correct language format has been applied to text. In a text range where you see an issue with AutoCorrections, select a single word and then visit the Language dialog box (Review tab > Language group > Language > Set Proofing Language). Which editing language is indicated in the dialog box?
