I installed office after purchasing, but cannot use as it wants me to renew the old subscription, I've installed it many times

    Hello, I still cannot access Office, as it blocks me from using excel that I have purchased, system wants me to renew old subscription, still saying my product is unlicensed??

    Hello Palcouk, I purchased Office Home and Student 2021 (see details below) and have downloaded it many times, but each time I open excel I get a message to say that I need to renew the subscription I had before I purchased Office, please advise, regards Yvonne Morris

    Its unclear what you have purchased.

    In win add/remove are multiple Office versions listed? if so unintall the old ones
