Calculated Column based on Different List Inputs

I’m attempting to create a calculated column based on inputs from different list items, not different columns. As an example, the screenshot below has a Meeting Agendas “list” with times assigned to each item. If I change “Agenda 1” from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, I’d like “Agenda 2” to change from 10:30 AM to 11:00AM, and “Agenda 3” from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Is this possible? While it’s clear you can create calculated columns based on different columns inputs, I’m trying to do this based on different list inputs.

    As per your description, it seems that you are trying to calculate column based on the column in different SharePoint lists

    If the understanding above is right, we're afraid that there's no out of box way to achieved this in SharePoint currently as the lookup column is not supported to use in calculated column for now. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    As far as we know, there's a possibility that this can be achieved via Power Automate flow as a workaround. considering that the community moderators here focus on out-of-the-box features in SharePoint, so we have limited experience customizing the Power Automate flow, we suggest you post your concern in the related **** Microsoft Power Automate Community for expert assistance.
