Microsoft Team

It has been for a few days that my Microsoft Team under University Adminstration does not have the option called View, then: more options to choose hide me. The IT adminstrator has denied to change any thing on it. However, they said the new version of Team has technical issues. I appreciate your help.

    Good morning!

    Thank you for publishing in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you. Based on the description you have shared; we understand that you do not have access to hide me option. Typically any organization has ability to remove some feature from some Microsoft app using the GPO policy etc..

    However from my end, after testing i was able to access the "hide me" option different way. Indeed you can go to view << more option << hide me and find the option as the meeting organizer

    -As attendee You can access the hide me option by click on the people << under participants << click on three dots and find hide me

    or in the meeting Move your mouse over your video feed, which is usually located in the bottom corner of the screen.

    However, if you are still facing the issue after perform the steps above, check your teams on the web. If the issue is happen in your teams on the web it is mean your organization may disable this feature. We look forward to your reply.
