I tried all ways I can find to show Developer tab however it does not work. First, There is no customise ribbon function in my screen. I tried shortcut key but it does not work. My goal is to enable multiple selections in pull down list.

If you are using the Excel Online web app there is no Developer tab available. The Developer tab is included only in the desktop software. In Mac Excel the Developer tab can be activated in either of 2 ways:

    1. Excel> Preferences> View — Put a check in the Developer tab checkbox at the bottom of the pane, or
    2. Excel> Preferences> Ribbon & Toolbar — On the Ribbon page scroll in the right column & check the Developer checkbox.

Availability also can depend on the Version Number & type of License as indicated in Excel> About Excel.

    Press ALT + T + O

Now Customize Ribbon should be visible

Vijay is correct but only for Excel for Windows keyboards. Most Mac keyboards do not have the ALT key. The keyboard shortcut to display the Preferences dialog is Command+, for most users.
