Poor MS Tech Support

MS provided no warning that downloading MS Office from my account page would make my 2016 copy of MS Office unusable. I'm highly unsatisfied with my experience and hours spend with MS tech support chat getting nowhere. Gil Zemansky

    I'd like to confirm what specific issues you're experiencing with the Office download. For example, were there any error messages, or what happened during the installation process?

    In addition, generally speaking, only one version of office components can be installed in the same installation method, are you trying to install different versions of office at the same time in your system?
