I cannot get to Microsoft support. It automatically directs me to the affiliate. My services are no longer with the affiliate.

I cannot contact support. I previously purchased email services through an affiliate. That affiliate relationship has been cancelled and I switched all our licenses over to purchase directly from Microsoft. The service that I chose came with a trial. After the trial it did not automatically renew and charge me. I had to manually purchase the license, however, I can never complete the purchase. I have tried different browsers and different cards to pay and I get the same error every time. ERROR: "Please try again in a few minutes. We are unable to complete the verification check on your payment method at this time. (CV: bcGE79p27SfuhyoI.17)
Even though the old affiliate relationship has been cancelled, Microsoft only gives me the option to contact them for support, however, my services are no longer with them. I have called Microsoft support and because it is business services it directs me to seek support online and online directs me to the old service provider, who cannot help me. Switching services back to the old service provider is not an option, because the package they offered does not cover the services that we use, anymore, and that is why I switched in the first place. We rely on the services that are part of our Office 365 package and now they are not available to us, so this is extremely frustrating and I don't know how to fix it. Any advice will be appreciated.

Dear Jenny Grenvik
Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.
Based on your description, I know the scenario you met. For this situation, I think the cause of the problem is most likely due to an error on the server backend, because our forum lacks relevant knowledge and permissions, so to better help you, please kindly try to create a service ticket in the Microsoft 365 admin center to support > service requests through navigation, as they have more access permissions than on this forum, and professional engineers will further help you. Note: If you are not admin, please be kindly to contact your admin for help. Thanks in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!
Sincerely,
Katherine
