Does the fact that my name is shown in the top right corner of this screen as "Lisa Hartman" prove that I have a Microsoft 365 account? I got it by logging in with the email associated with my account?

    Dear Lisa Hartman1,

Good Day! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

To answer your question, seeing your name displayed in the top right corner of the screen as "Lisa Hartman" does indicate that you are logged into an account. However, it doesn't necessarily prove that you have a Microsoft 365 account. It could be any Microsoft account, including a personal Microsoft account, an Outlook.com, hotmail.com or live.com account, or a Microsoft 365 business account.

Therefore, to check if the account you have logged in is a Microsoft 365 business email account, you may check the following:

    1. Email Domain: If your email address ends with a domain associated with Microsoft 365 (e.g., @yourcompany.com, @yourcompany.edu, @yourcompany.org etc.), it is likely that you have a Microsoft 365 business account.
    2. Account Settings: Go to your account settings and look for any references to Microsoft 365 subscriptions or services. This can usually be found under the "Subscriptions" or "Services & subscriptions" section. To check, go to the Microsoft 365 portal https://portal.office.com/ and sign in with the account in you want to verify.
      • Click "Install and more", select install M365 apps. Image
      • Select Subscription, and then check the subscription plan assigned to your account. If it is a Microsoft 365 Business or personal.

If you have any other question or I have got your wrong, please feel free to let me know.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day!

    Sincerely,
