Email in forms

Hello,

I am working on creating forms for equipment inspections and would like the completed forms to go out in an email communicating that an inspection has been done. I would like to do this without adding collaborators, no one else needs to edit the forms except me, what is the best way to do this?

Thank you

    Dear A Gerg,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you

If you create Forms, only the user who receives the link can fill in the Forms. Your colleagues will not participate in Forms.

If you want to send emails automatically after you've filled out your Forms, you'll need to use PowerAutomate to do so. For you to be assisted properly, please reach out to Forums | Microsoft Power Platform Community; I am sure that our experts from that team can address your query effectively and accurately.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Please do not hesitate to post your queries in Microsoft Community and we will always do our best to assist you!

    Sincerely,
