A Microsoft digital storytelling app for creating and sharing interactive reports and presentations.
Hello Stephanie Agius,
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
After reading your description, I also tested it on a mobile device. Regarding this issue, it seems to be because Sway displays differently on mobile devices than the desktop version. The screen ratio and resolution of computers and mobile devices usually differ, and as far as I know, Sway mainly adjusts the display automatically according to the screen size of the device, so on mobile devices, similar compatibility issues may occur. And having carried out my testing, I didn't find any direct option to set this up, so I fully understand the inconvenience this may cause.
It's recommended that you reach out to Sway team for feedback on the possibility of adding more customization options or updates to improve the presentation on mobile devices in the future.
Cross-device collaboration may not be an issue that can be easily resolved for many products, but we appreciate your feedback, it means a lot to improve the quality of the product!
