SWAY view

Hi, using SWAY for a newsletter. When playing though a mobile device, all the pages show on the screen rather than one by one when viewed on a laptop. Through a mobile, you have to press each page separately for it to fill the screen, rather than being able to scroll vertical like on the laptop. Can you provide any insight?

    Hello Stephanie Agius,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

After reading your description, I also tested it on a mobile device. Regarding this issue, it seems to be because Sway displays differently on mobile devices than the desktop version. The screen ratio and resolution of computers and mobile devices usually differ, and as far as I know, Sway mainly adjusts the display automatically according to the screen size of the device, so on mobile devices, similar compatibility issues may occur. And having carried out my testing, I didn't find any direct option to set this up, so I fully understand the inconvenience this may cause.

It's recommended that you reach out to Sway team for feedback on the possibility of adding more customization options or updates to improve the presentation on mobile devices in the future.

Cross-device collaboration may not be an issue that can be easily resolved for many products, but we appreciate your feedback, it means a lot to improve the quality of the product!

    Best regards,
