Problems with 365 Updates

Can someone tell me how to contact Microsoft because I purchased 365 and office and because its for a MAC it wont install updates. I have version 12.7.6 IOS and need higher but my MAC is 2015 and neither the releases from MAC suit my Machine. If I cannot get the updates from Microsoft (which they didnt indicate when I purchased ) how do I receive a refund as I cannot seem to speak to anyone keeps directing me back to the community.

Thank you for your quick reply. I agree with your suggestion. This can reduce many similar situations. But unfortunately, we are community agents. We can't actually contact Microsoft and make any suggestions. We can only help our customers at the technical level.

    Thank you for your helpful reply. However, I would suggest in the future you may wish to alert your new customers of this issue if they have a MAC late 2015 that your software and updates will not work. As it is not clear before you purchase the software it might not be compatible with the MAC.

    Here are the instructions for the latest new versions of iOS and the Microsoft 365 versions they support:

    Unfortunately, if your iOS version cannot be upgraded, you will not be able to get Microsoft 365 updates. This may involve system and hardware issues that cannot support higher versions of Microsoft 365 suites. If you force a higher version of Microsoft 365, it may cause various problems when you use it. We are deeply sorry for the trouble this problem has caused you.

    If you want a refund, please try to contact our online support team for help. Because the refund issue involves your personal privacy information, and Microsoft Community is an open platform that cannot provide good support, to protect your personal privacy information, please do not post any relevant information here.     Contact Microsoft Support.

    1. Visit this website: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    2. Type in your problems in the search box there. For instance, subscription/Tax invoices/refund, etc.
    3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
    4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other Products
    5. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.
    6. Go to Confirm.
    7. You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

    **Please Note:**The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
