On the Insert tab of he ribbon, in the Text group, click Insert WordArt drop-down and select a style that you like.

    Type the word you want.

Activate the Shape Format tab of the ribbon.

In the WordArt Styles group, click the Text Effects drop-down and select Transform > Arch.

Resize the shape so that it is roughly square.
