We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with missing data on MS Forms export to excel. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.
We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, for further troubleshooting, could you please provide the information below:
- Could you please let me know if you tried to click on the Open results in Excel option check if the full details have populated and try to export the data one more time again. You do this by following the below steps:
- Go to the Microsoft Forms website and log in with your Microsoft account.
- Find the form for which you want to view the responses and click on it.
- Click on the "Responses" tab at the top of the form.
- Click on the "Open results in Excel" button. After this try to export the data to an excel document.
- If you have clicked this option before, A different option will appear showing the file icon and path and you need to click on that as shown below:
- If the Excel file which is still missing data, then click on the drop-down arrow and click "Disconnect and sync to a new workbook"
