MS Forms

Hi there,

I am an employee who works in the Department of Education in the Philippines. I would just like to ask how can I log in to MS Forms without the necessity for verifying my account using my registered mobile number which I no longer have accessed to. Once I sign in, it only gives me an option to verify via SMS or call using that number. And reaching out to the Division Office where my school belongs is not that easy because it is far from my station and I know that emailing them would take several days before I get a revert. I hope there is another way to do this. I need to update the mobile number I linked with my account without going to the Division Office.

    Dear Benjie Pogo

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know the scenario you are meeting. For this, first, I need to confirm with you whether this account you are using is Microsoft365 for Education subscription account?

If so, for this, you need to contact your admin to disable MFA or change MFA method for you in admin center. Here is the reference: Set up multifactor authentication for users - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn and Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication | Microsoft Learn . If you choose disable MFA for you, you can log in your account just with account and password. Note: Only admin can do this in admin center. Here is the reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

Hope this can help. If there is any update, please feel free to let me know. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Katherine
