Fail to add access to sharepoint file info@*****.se. Are there any restrictions for some emails?

Per your description, it seems that you cannot share a SharePoint file with a specific email address. May I know if my understanding is right?

If yes, to my knowledge, Microsoft 365 Administrator/SharePoint Administrator can limit sharing by domain, if they have set up this, you cannot share content with the email domain that are not allowed.

Do you meet any error message when you cannot share the SharePoint file with that email address? Please provide a screenshot of the error when you cannot share SharePoint file, it will be very helpful for further troubleshooting, I will do my best to help you.
