Refund

Please advise who I need to contact in order to get a refund from Microsoft for a product purchased - Microsoft 365 - 100% not used - provable - and not needed as I already have a version of Microsoft that is perfectly good for my very limited needs. I am elderly and I bought the product in ignorance.

I am sure Microsoft will have the goodwill to refund me but I don't know who to contact. Thank you.
