Link data automatically from one page to another in Microsoft Loop

So I just started out with Microsoft Loop and I want to use it to manage projects.

I have a main page that consists of a summary of all projects and their due dates, statuses and other relevant data.

Then I have sub-pages that detail each project. Each subpage is dedicated to one project.

I would like to link certain data between pages. For instance: If I change the due date or status of a project inside the Summary page, I'd like it to automatically update it on the sub-pages. How can this be done?

Also, I created a label group called "Status" on the main page. I want to use the same set of labels on the sub-pages, but they don't appear on the Already Created list. And when I try to create the group again, it says the group already exist. This blocks me from using that label group on other pages. How do I fix this?

    Hi, Dylan Van Der Westhuizen1

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them to the community.

Currently, Microsoft Loop is still developing rapidly, and some advanced automation features such as dynamic data synchronization between pages are not natively supported.

However, you can achieve similar effects by the following methods:

Use Loop components: Create "components" in Loop, such as tables or lists. These components can be embedded in different pages. When you update the data in a component, all pages containing this component will be updated synchronously. For example, you can create a "table component" with deadlines and status on the main page, and then embed this component in the subpages of each project. In this way, when you update the content on the main page, the data in the subpages will also be automatically updated.

Leverage other Microsoft 365 integration tools: The Loop component is a common component in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem that can be embedded in applications such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word. Consider using these integrations in Loop to insert key data into other pages in the form of Loop components for update.

I hope the above information can help you. Feel free to send a message if you need further help.

    Best wishes
