    Dear Thạch Thất Độ,

It has been several days since I have received a reply from you. Have you submitted your OneDrive data loss related content to the above website?

I understand that you want to restore deleted files and I understand the inconvenience caused by the deletion of your files. At this time Community Tech Support can only provide assistance with software technology, for your OneDrive cloud data is kept in highly encrypted data centers, which is something that community members cannot easily access.

Nonetheless, if your OneDrive was synchronized with a local computer, your files will be saved on the computer's hard drive for some time, and despite the deletion, the data will be saved in a hidden partition (which is gradually cleaned up over time), so it's a minute-by-minute process in the event of a data retrieval incident, and following this, I recommend that you submit your feedback as soon as possible. This will help the technician to be able to search their file history as soon as possible.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Thạch Thất Độ

If you have tried all the steps provided by “Kiki.Z - MSFT” as the issue is related to OneDrive, it is recommended that you gather the following content related to OneDrive data loss (do not provide it here) and then go to https://onedrive.live.com/?action=feedback  Feedback:

    1. Collect the names of files or folders that you want us to investigate.
    2. Estimated timeline when files/folders are lost
    3. Agree to allow support staff to search their file history

We look forward to your issue being resolved

    Best Regards,

    Dear Thạch Thất Độ,

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I understand that the files you synced to OneDrive disappeared. I understand your urgency and will do my best to help you.

You can try logging into the Personal Cloud Storage – Microsoft OneDrive using your phone to see if the files still exist in the cloud. Sometimes due to device or network issues, the files may just disappear from your local device but still be saved in the cloud.

And you can check the recycle bin to see if the file still exists. If the file is in the Recycle Bin, you can restore it. And you can try to find the lost files according to the following steps.

Find lost or missing files in OneDrive - Microsoft Support

Have you previously subscribed to Microsoft 365? OneDrive's Restore OneDrive feature helps Microsoft 365 subscribers undo all actions performed on any files and folders within the last 30 days.

Thank you for your support and understanding and please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.

    Best Regards,
