I amended the billing and shipping address 3 years ago approximately when I moved house, my new address shows in the billing tab however my invoice still shows my old address. Can anyone advise why this is the case and how I can get it changed? Thank you

    Dear Jo Powell,

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

This issue can occur for a number of reasons, it could be that the system caches old information, causing the old address to be displayed on the invoice. Or if you have more than one Microsoft account, it could be that you have changed the address for one account but the invoice was generated from another account.

Also the forums are not appropriate for public sharing of financial and subscription issues that involve personal information. Community Support does not have direct access to user billing information. You can change your invoice address by contacting support at the link below.

    1.Visit this website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact

2.Type in your problems in the search box there. For instance, Contact, etc.

3.Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.

4.Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other Products

5.On the Category tab, choose Technical support or other alternatives.

    6.Go to Confirm.

7.You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

Thank you for your support and understanding and please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.
