Data Refresh Error - Power Query Excel

I have a user that is trying to refresh an excel sheet that has a power query building the data but when they click "Refresh All" under the "Data" menu they get following error:

"[DataSource.Error] Microsoft SQL: Cannot open server "xxxxx.org.uk" requested by the login. Th login fialed"

No one else in the organisation is getting the error. Can anyone tell me why this might be or even better how to fix it.
