Thank you for your reply ,Regarding your comment and suggestion :

    (1) Only Powerpoint has this problem

    (2) No printing problem by using the different computer print the same file

    (3) Cancel Add-Ins applied but it doesn't work

    (4) As the registry reset office is complicated , is there any suggestion except for this ?

Thanks for the link to Fujifilm. I followed that to see if I could find any information about the problem, but there are so many different types/models of printers to choose from, I couldn't go anywhere from there.

    Would you go here:

    https://support-fb.fujifilm.com/setupSupport.do?cid=4&ctry_code=HK&lang_code=en#section=/processSupportFamily.do%3Fcurrdate_u%3D1724349008776%26cid%3D4%26ctry_code%3DHK%26lang_code%3Den%26cat_id%3D2%26cat_index%3D0%26family_id%3D14%26family_index%3D7

then choose the correct Product Type, Family and Model for your printer, then copy/paste the resulting page's URL here? Thanks.

Is this a new problem, one that's just started to happen?

It's a known problem with some printers/printer drivers and PowerPoint.

Let us know which printer you have, please. I know one fix that works for HP laser printers.

Meanwhile, choose File | Save As, save your presentation as a PDF then open that in Acrobat Reader and print from there.

Thank you for the reply .It is just started to happen

The brand name of the printer is FUJIFILM

As I need to print powerpoint every day , save as PDF is time comsuming.

    Hi, Olgaaaa

Thank you for consulting the Microsoft Community and reporting a printing issue you are experiencing with PowerPoint.

    1. Have you encountered similar printing issues in other Office applications? For example, when trying to print multiple copies of a document in Word, does only one copy print out as well?
    2. If you can, have you tried printing the same PowerPoint file using a different printer or on a different computer to determine if the problem is related to a specific printer or computer?

Until then, you can try the following basic Office troubleshooting steps.

    1) Cancel Add-Ins

Click on the document in the upper left corner of the File - Options - Add-ons - Management of the place to change to COM add-ons, and then select “Go to”, uncheck all the add-ons, click OK, and then the management of the place to change to Powerpoint add-ons, and then select “Go To”, uncheck all add-ons, restart PPT, view the problem performance.

    2) registry reset office

    • Close all office applications.
    • Press Windows + R , in the open run box, type: regedit, press enter.
    • Locate the following keys, rename the Office folder (right-click it and choose Rename, for example, rename Office to Officeold)
         HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office

    • Then re-open the document to try the effect.

Disclaimer: In general, modifying registry subkeys or workgroups is for advanced users, administrators and IT professionals. It can help to solve some problems, but if the registry is modified incorrectly, serious problems can occur. Therefore, be sure to follow these steps carefully. To further protect the registry, back up the registry before modifying it. This way, you can restore the registry if problems occur. For more information on how to back up and restore the registry, see this.

We understand the inconvenience caused by this issue and hope to be able to assist you in resolving the problem as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us if you have further updates or need additional assistance.

    Best wishes.
