OneDrive Not Syncing

I have just got a new laptop. I have reset my old laptop back to it's factory settings so account no longer on it. On my new laptop, I am logged into my MS account. When I view my OneDrive online (on my new laptop), it is showing the content of my old laptop, not my new one - that content doesn't even exist anymore since I deleted the content of old laptop. I have unlinked and relinked but it's still showing old content, not the content of my new laptop.

For example, on the desktop of my old laptop I had a variety of folders and files, which are not on my new laptop, but, when I view my OneDrive on my new laptop it is showing the old stuff, not the content of my new laptop.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Thanks. I didn't have O365 installed previously. I used the online version, not the 'paid-for' version. And accessing OneDrive through O365 online makes no difference, it still shows my old profile. So weird.

You have to instal O365 on the new via the MS Account
