Microsoft Forms saying 'Form does not Exist'

I am the owner of numerous forms but I have two that show they are 'not available.' I followed some other threads to check the recycling bin and the forms are not there to restore. I did notice that in the list of all my forms, these are the only two that do not show my name underneath them as the author. This is strange to me as I either helped build them or am the co-owner of them. I have included the error message below.

    Hi Mikel Pitan

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are having trouble with certain forms being unavailable, and I understand your confusion.

You can try referring to the information in the following link to help you verify if your form information can be restored:

Delete a form or recover a deleted form - Microsoft Support

You can also confirm whether the account you are logged into is consistent. If the accounts are not consistent, you may not be able to view the Forms information created by other accounts in your account.

You can try changing the browser or using another device to log into your Forms again to check if you can view the information.

    Check the version history:

If your form has responses, you can generate an Excel file from this form and store it in OneDrive or SharePoint. You can try selecting the file, then right-clicking to select 'Historical Version' to see if you can view and access it. This will help you view the relevant data and historical information.

If you still cannot display and recover your form data, we are concerned that this may be due to a discrepancy detected in your account on the server, which may prevent you from accessing the previously created questionnaire information.

We also recommend that you try contacting the dedicated Forms support team to help feedback your issue. After receiving the feedback, the support staff will follow up and help comment to further confirm the recovery of the form.
