FORMULAS STOPPED WORKING

I MADE A DATABASE AS WELL AS SEPERATE SPREADSHEETS THAT FEED OFF THIS DATABASE. EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY ON MY COMPUTER BUT WHEN I TRY TO SHOW ANOTHER COLEGUE FOR WHEN I AM NOT AT WORK THE FORMULAS CHANGE AND STOP WORKING.

MY FORMULA READS

DATABASE.xlsx!Table5[COMMENTS]

BUT WHEN WE OPEN IT ON HER COMPUTER IT READS THE ENTIRE PATHWAY IN THE FORMULA. AND ALL THE CELLS READ #REF

ANYONE ABLE TO HELP WITH THIS?

    PLUS I HAVE OTHER THINGS ATTACHED TO THE SOUCR FILE ON THE TARGET FILE AND THEY STILL WORK

    SHE HAS TO FOR THE FORMULAS TO WORK. PLUS THE SOURCE FILE HAS A HYPERLINK TO THE TARGET FILE. MAKES IT EASIER TO NAVIGATE TO THE TARGET FILE.

    SO ON MY SCREEN I SEE THIS AND IT WORKS

    BUT WHEN SOMEONE ELSE LOOKS AT IT, IT LOOKS LIKE THIS. MY COWORKER DOES HAVE COMPLETE ACCESS TO THE SHARED DRIVE.

    Could you share a screenshot of your formula which is not working? It seem that source file is accessible on her computer.

    The #REF! error shows when a formula refers to a cell that’s not valid.
