One drive blocking

On purchasing a one drive subscription, as my free 5 gb was used up, the new subscription worked for one day and reverted to old free, despite subscription being paid. It appeared that I had 2 subscriptions so I turned off the back up tabs uploads for free subscription-I thought. The icons on my screen disappeared and I get error message when I try to restore. I am unable to get that back up screen to turn tabs on again. the help instructions tell to click on settings icon but it does not give any relevant information.

I have tried what you suggest. however, the Settings icon does not have the accounts tab on it. It has Options which when tapped does not have unlink. I did the reset credentials and this made no difference. My desktop icons have not reappeared and I get block sign still when I try to access. The block sign only says to check internet connection. The internet connection is working without problems.

    Need more help to resolve.

    Regards

    Chris
