I have a report in Access 365. It is 7.5" wide x 10.667" high with TB margins of .1666 and LR margins of .2. It SHOULD be only one page and there is only one record in the recordsource. However, it displays a blank page for page 2. I can't figure out what is wrong. Any help??

Ken is right.
If you pour some paint on some sections you may see a sliver on page 2.
Also note that the minimum margin depends on the printer driver. Setting it to some value doesn't make it so.
Scrunch up some fields to get to .25" margins, and most printers will be able to print that.

It looks like the size of the design area + the margins is slightly larger than the size of the page for which it is set in the Page Setup ribbon.

Your suggestion helped me. I had to make the image smaller. Thanks.

Yes, it was too high. Thanks.
