Level of Masking

Hi Team,

can someone help me with below queries

1) what level of masking we can apply on the logs received in sentinel
2) How granular level of masking we can apply (can we apply masking on Table level, resource, or tenant level is only possible)
3) can we configure two different retention for same resource
for ex: if we want to retent some day of same resource for 1 day and rest for 10 months can we do that ?
