MS Bookings: Limit Bookable Time Periods

I have staff / services that will only be offered from, say, Sept. 1 - Oct. 30. I need a way to have the service/staff appear available starting on a certain day, and then no longer be bookable after a certain day. How can I do that? Making a person "unbookable" (them changing it via their email) doesn't work because it's all or nothing. I need these open for particular windows of time.

2021-09-07T12:19:28.747+00:00 No, sorry. The community required a Tag, and there didn't seem to be anything for MS Bookings or a way to submit w/o a Tag. I'm seeking to do this directly in MS Bookings.
