Getting unknown error, when trying to manage access for a sharepoint site on a mac

I have a Mac user, when they right click on a SharePoint link on their mac and select manage access, they get an unknown error message. It happens mostly at the root of the sharing link, but some folders under the main folder also display this issue. If he goes online and trys, everything works fine and he is able display the current access.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    There may be a compatibility issue between OneDrive which is syncing your SharePoint site and your MacOS. Could you please provide me with the specific version of OneDrive you are using so that I can check this on my end?
