Microsoft 365 Deactivated?

We have an active Microsoft 365 subscription, renewal is on 11/03/2024. Suddenly since yesterday I get these messages. Can't use the old Outlook, functions are already disabled in Excel, Word. Can't upload or save anything.

Not sure if this is 2 different issues, but tried syncing the clock, on another computer uninstall/reinstall of Office. tried the repair tool in Settings/Apps. When I sign in it accepts username/password or pin. But it keeps coming back. The "old" Outlook does not even receive emails anymore; only get a popup message that I need to sign in.

This is on a Windows 11, also started in August on the 2nd computer while I was in Europe.

Any ideas?

This morning, I contacted Microsoft Support, and a technician helped me with this issue. Remember this is on a Windows 11 with Microsoft 365. It's a fairly easy solution.

Hold down the Windows key + R

    Type: %localappdata%

    Open the Microsoft folder

    Delete the Identity folder

In Search on the Task Bar type: appwiz.cpl (or just Un/Install in Control Panel)

look for: Microsoft 365 - en-us and right click on it

    click on: change

    Choose: Online Repair

It will do a repair and a download, and it was okay again.

Many thanks to the Microsoft technician who did a remote fix on my computer!

PS: I also had a Windows 10 laptop and it's about the same. Only the "Identity" folder was called "IdentityCache".

Do you have multiple O365 versions listed in win Add/Remove dialogue?
