One Drive Loop Crash

Hi,

Today started with a loop of crashes from OneDrive application as it starts with windows then it signs in and then after searching for changes for seconds it lags out and shuts down without retrieving any changes or uploading my saved changes(before the crashes loop).

reinstalled MS office and OneDrive but nothing seems to work.

I tried to see the logs of OneDrive but after searching on the internet I discover that all logs are encrypted by Microsoft and it's not possible to see any log.

but the good thing is that I had been able to see the crash code in the event viewer but I have no idea of it's meaning and why it's doing that.

(Note: my all-in-one pc has issues with kernel-power error 41 as it does BSOD many times before but I changed the SSD and now it's happening less times)

Specs:

HP-All in one

CPU: 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U

GPU: Intel Iris Xe graphics

SSD: Changed and now its (NVMe Lexar SSD) 1TB

The Error in Even Viewer (Event ID:1000 ,Application Crash)

And the is what id does state:

    Dear Ahmad Aladem,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with One Drive crashing. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, for further troubleshooting, could you please provide the information below:

    1. Could you please perform aClean Boot under your Windows, and check if issue persist.
    2. Maybe the local settings had affected the application. Thus, we would like you to check whether the issue is related to your user profile. In this situation, we suggest you Create a new user account under your Windows. See if it still alerts you with the same error message. It is worth trying because it will help you narrow down whether the issue is caused by a specific corrupted user profile.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

Ralph Chawatama | Microsoft Community Moderator
