Removing Clutter Folder in Outlook on the Web

A user in my organization has a Clutter folder in Outlook on the web that still gets incoming email. There is no longer any options to disable or remove the Clutter folder in Outlook settings
I tried toggling the Focused Inbox option in Outlook settings, but that did not remove the Clutter folder. There are no rules that are putting the emails in that folder either.
Any suggestions on how to disable incoming emails from going into Clutter in Outlook on the web?

Please kindly understand under Outlook tag, we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. Considering that your issue may be more related to outlook for web. In order to better solve your problem, I would add "office-exchange-server-administration" tag under your post.

2021-09-09T15:28:56.887+00:00 I have tried that but there is no longer an option in OWA settings to turn off Clutter. Clutter doesn't appear anywhere in the settings, as shown in the photo I attached. But emails are still going into Clutter.

Please access this url to use the old OWA and see if you can see the Clutter settings.
If you cannot see Clutter,please locate Focused inbox and select "Don't sort messages", save and reload the page.
If Clutter appears, you may follow the steps in the link in my former reply to turn it off.
