I guess you are using Azure Video Analyzer for Media (formerly known as Video Indexer).
We are working on a feature that will allow you to decide if to enable or disable the celeb detection model (subjected to some disclaimers - details to be defined soon).
Till then, if you are using Azure Video Analyzer portal (webapp), you can simply delete or rename the specific celeb from your account. If you are using the API to get the insights you can simply edit or skip that. Please email to visupport@microsoft.com if you have any issues with my proposed mitigation.
