how do i get old codes back?

Hello,

I recently used microsoft authenticator to add 2fa to my instagram account. after i did this i deleted the authenticator app and didn’t think much of it. But once i attempted to sign back into my instagram account it has asked me to use the authenticator app. i re downloaded it and now instagram has disappeared from the list on the authenticator app as it is telling me that the code will be there and it isn’t! is there any way i can get this code back?
