    Dear Divya,

    Thank you for the reply.

As you provided the Project version is TFS 2015, honestly, I don’t find Microsoft article explaining details on this so I would like you to contact your Microsoft 365 Admin Center and raise a support ticket because the support team have more dedicated engineers to resolve your issue with more permission than us.

To raise the support ticket, you can refer the below links:

How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Your admin of your company can login into Microsoft 365 Admin Center and log a service ticket by following the steps below:

    1. Login into Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    2. On the left hand click Support – Help & Support- type the issue that you’re facing – contact support

Once again sorry for the inconvenience and wish the dedicate team can help you with your inquiries.

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

TFS 2015 projects are not stored in locally. So, I need to know the size of each project and last accessed / Modified date of each project stored in different collections.

    Dear Divya,

Good day and thank you for posting your question in our forum

Per your request, if the project is saved in your local drive, then open File Explorer: Right-click on the file or folder, select "Properties," and you’ll see the size and last modified date. (check screenshot below)

If it's saved in OneDrive/SharePoint: Navigate to the file or folder, click on the ellipsis (...), and select "Details" to view the size and last modified date.

As for the API and backend SQL, I would suggest you to send your feedback to Microsoft Project Feedback Community Project · Community (microsoft.com)

So that the dedicated engineers and members from Microsoft Project could investigate this request and review your request.

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,
